A CHARITY set up by friends of Florida murder victim James Kouzaris is launching a sponsored relay between every football league ground in England and Wales.
Thousands are expected to take part in the journey, which will see individuals and organizations walking, running, cycling and swimming between clubs.
The relay, organised by Always A Chance, begins today (Thursday) at Northampton Town.
Staged over 12 week, the event will cover 2,200 miles and is due to finish in April.
Proceeds will go towards funding projects which work with young people.
Mr Kouzaris, from Northampton, was shot dead in Sarasota, Florida in April last year, along with university friend James Cooper.
American teenager Shawn Tyson is due to stand trial for the murders next month.
