A MAN indecently exposed himself to a ten-year-old boy. It happened on Saturday just after 11am in Pendle Road, Northampton. The boy was cycling when he spotted a male stood on the other side of the road. As the boy cycled went by the man indecently exposed himself. The victim cycled off down the road. The man did not speak or approach the boy at any point. The offender is described as mixed race, over 30, with black/grey hair, scar on his cheek, bags under his eyes and a stud in one ear. He walked with a limp and a walking stick and carried a rucksack with an orange sleeping bag rolled into the top. He was wearing a black cap, dark grey tracksuit top and a black t-shirt. Witnesses to this incident, or anyone with information, should call Northamptonshire Police on 101 - alternatively, information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. |
