Police are looking for a man who has been missing since being discharged from Northampton General Hospital in April.
Missing man: Marc Melhuish
Marc Melhuish was reported missing on April 12 although there were sightings of him in Northampton town centre on May 25.
Officers are concerned for his welfare and would like to establish that he is safe and not in need of further medical attention.
They are appealing to Mr Melhuish, or any close friends, to make contact with them on 101 or attend the nearest police station.
