Restaurant blaze treated as arson

A FIRE at a Northampton restaurant is being treated as suspicious.

Fire crews were called to The Stuffed Olive in Wellingborough Road, Northampton, at 3.45am today (Tuesday).

The fire was at the back of the premises located in the kitchen and store room area.

It is believed to be a deliberate ignition and it is likely that the offenders will have accessed the restaurant from Bouverie Walk.

Anyone with information, or who noticed any suspicious activity in the vicinity of Wellingborough Road and Bouverie Walk between 3am and 4am today, should call police on 101.
