Teenager pushed to the floor in attempted robbery in Northampton

A TEENAGER was pushed to the floor in an attempt to steal his lap top bag.

The incident occurred in Joshua Square, Camp Hill, Northampton last Sunday between 10.30pm and 11pm.

A 16-year-old male was pushed from behind by a male offender, in an attempt to steal his lap top bag.

The offender fled the scene when the victim called out for help.
The offender is described as a mixed race male, in his late teens to early twenties, 5’7” – 5’9” in height and skinny to average build.


He was wearing a dark coloured baseball cap and dark coloured clothing.

The dark trousers had purple stripes down the outside of the legs.
Witnesses to this incident, or anyone with information, should call Northamptonshire Police on 101.
