Northampton Saints wing Ashton is the top try scorer in the Guinness Premiership and has been handed his first bow following Ugo Monye's neck injury last weekend.

Saints team-mate Ben Foden is also set for make his first start for England at full back, having previously been limited to appearances from the bench.
Dylan Hartley retains his place at hooker, but there is no place in the squad for second row Courtney Lawes.
